Angus MacLane’s Lego Photostream
Pixar animator Angus MacLane has a flickr page where he shares his latest Lego creations.
Featured creations include Carl (from Up) and Wall-E (from Wall-E). Angus, who also directed the Pixar short film BURN-E shows his Lego talents with a likeness of the featured character. An amusing aspect of his flickr page are the comments as the majority of individuals who post are obviously not aware of his Pixar connection.

Pixar Heading Toward Sequel Summers
Pixar has made only one sequel - Toy Story 2 - all that could change with rumors of various projects underway at Pixar. What should we expect? Toy Story 3 - sequel to the sequel! The North American release date of this movie has been confirmed for June 18, 2010. Yeah!
On the horizon we will no doubt see a Cars 2 given the success of this franchise (merchandising on Cars currently accounts for over $5bn in revenues). Some have said we might expect to see Flash McQueen back on the screens in 2011. Work has also started on a sequel to 2001’s Monsters, Inc, a film that’s proven to be a continual success for Pixar. There’s no release date as of yet, but it’s a good assumption to expect it in 2012, which would make Pixar’s next three big summer movies sequels.
So what about Finding Nemo, Ratatouille, Wall-E and Up? We’ll just have to wait to find out.
